Sausos grafitinės aukštatemperatūrinės dangos aerozoliai.Greitai džiūstantis, ekstremalius slėgius atlaikančios lakinės plėvelės aerozolis natūralaus grafito tepiklių pagrindu. Naudotinas sunkiai apkrautų, lėtaeigių agregatų tepimui prie ypač aukštų ar ypač žemų temperatūrų. Taip pat šalto štampavimo procesų formų tepimui. Džiuvimo laikas prie 20° C vidutiniškai 1 min. Dalelių dydis : 0,6 µm.

Glass Mould Pre-treatment Spray
Molyduval Glass Spray is a dry-film blank mould pre-treatment specially formulated to remove the need for
manual swabbing of moulds during start-up, so giving consistent running conditions.
Molyduval Glass Spray can also be applied to blow moulds, bottom plates, neck rings and other related
equipment.

Directions for Use
1. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free from oil or grease.
2. Apply a thin, even coat from a distance of 15-20cm.
3. Touch dry in approximately 1 minute.
4. For best results allow to cure at roomtemperature for 2-4 hours.
5. After use invert can and spray until nozzle is clear.
6. Lightly burnish the surface
